Curry Restaurant is committed to only serving the best of Pakistani & Indian halal cuisine and desserts at affordable prices. Located by the atrium in the Colony Mill, it offers customers a relaxing & comfortable space to eat.

Mohammed Waheed moved to Keene in 2009 from Manhattan and has been involved in many businesses.

Before moving to Keene, he has owned and run a limousine service, a grocery store, and an Italian restaurant.

When he first arrived in New Hampshire Mohammed went into business running gas stations including Fendi Gas Station and PAX.

In 2016 he decided his true passion is food and Curry Restaurant opened its doors in the Colony Mill.

However, only one year after getting started, Curry Restaurant was hit with news that the Colony Mill area where the restaurant was located had been purchased and that Curry was going to be forced to move so that the space could be turned into the apartments that are there today. Mohammed and his family made the move work and continue to this day to work to create a family friendly restaurant serving home cooked healthy Pakistani and Indian meals with enough flavor to be addicting!

A practicing Muslim, Mohammed is dedicated to ensuring that all of Curry Restaurant’s food is Halal and that faith and family come first.
